Villa Giona Weddings are delighted to announce that Marion, their senior Wedding and Events Designer will be planning the very first wedding to be celebrated at the famous Juliet's Balcony in Verona.
Marion says, the date has been under wraps for some time now but finally I can now say what I will be doing at 10 a.m. on June 1st 2009!!
I have been working for some time now with the lovely couple, Luca and Irene to help them realize their dream day in Verona City of Love.
Luca is a well known figure here in Verona given he plays football for the local team Helas Verona.
He could not have chosen a more beautiful Juliet in the form of Irene who will turn heads on her wedding day.
Both are from Tuscany and so having them come to toast their wedding day with us here in Verona and with a glass of Amarone in place of chianti, will give me lots more satisfaction she adds jokingly!!
Guest of honour will be their delightful little dog ROMEO who has a special morning suit just for the event!!
